Fall & Spring Academic School Year Housing Application Information
The Office of Residential Life is located at the聽Delta Housing Complex II (Click to see map for building 6) and the hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please follow the instructions below to fill out your housing application. If you have problems with login information, please email us at reslife@uapb.edu or contact 870-575-7256. Please note that newly admitted students must wait a minimum of 48 hours before a housing application can be completed.
In addition, please note that applications will not be processed until they have been completed and the deposit paid.聽The department will begin forwarding an official housing assignment designating the residence hall and room to which the student has been assigned at the end of May for the Academic School Year.
If you are an incoming freshman at the 糖心viog官方网站, you must know the following聽before聽logging into RESIDENCE for the first time.
- The Online Housing Application is available starting at 1:00 pm on March 28.
- To access your new RESIDENCE online account, you will need to follow the instructions below.
- Once you have logged into RESIDENCE, it will ask you to change your password. Please ensure that your passwords are strong (at least 8 to 10 characters and include number(s)/symbols).
Please note that incoming freshman students will have to聽wait for a minimum of 48 hours聽after their housing deposit before accessing the RESIDENCE system. To request a specific roommate, please review the housing guide below to access the roommate code.

Incoming Freshman A2B Program.聽 聽If you are an Incoming freshman accepted into the A2B Program, please call 870-575-7256 or email reslife@uapb.edu before completing the housing application.
How to login (Incoming Freshman ONLY)
You will need to know your Login ID and password to log in. Your Login ID is as follows: You will use the 1st six (6) characters of your last name unless your last name is less than 6 characters, and then use your full last name followed by the 1st character of your first name and the last four digits of your聽Student Id number. Here are some examples:
- Your name is William Smith and your ID number is 0009999 then your login id would be smithw9999@uapb.edu.
- Your name is Jane Stevenson and your ID number is 0654321 then your username would be stevenj4321@uapb.edu.
Your initial password is the 1st character of your first name in uppercase and 1st character of your last name in lowercase followed by month, date, and year of your birth date (mm/dd/yy).
Examples:
- William Smith and birth date is March 3, 2001 then your initial password would be Ws030301
- Jane Stevenson and birth date is December 25, 1999 then your initial password would be聽Js122599.
