Technical Services’ mission is to strengthen Information Technology resources at the ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾, enhancing all university activities. To meet the demands of the ever-changing technology field and ensure the technology is always functional, the university can offer a fulfilling educational experience.
Technical Services will continue to support technological innovations that enhance our academic departments. To meet demands in an educational environment, we challenge ourselves to ensure the ÌÇÐÄviog¹Ù·½ÍøÕ¾ has access to cutting-edge technology resources supporting teaching and learning, research, student life, and university administration.
Technical Services provides direction, support, and leadership to faculty, staff, and students in technology selection, implementation, and maintenance. It is our duty to service, monitor and maintain the university’s campus data network and servers. We strive to ensure availability and reliability to the entire campus network.
The UAPB community will receive excellent and responsive customer service while experiencing the most secure, reliable, innovative technology solutions.
Help Desk services are available to all current UAPB Students, Faculty, and Staff.
